Removed the titles that aren't Wii exclusive.HNF1 wrote:The exclusives save it from being crap compared with the others, as games like SSBB, MP3 and so on are truly sensational titles.
One thing the Wii lacks for me is shmups, which is why the 360 has such a strong lure for me - it's got a surprisingly abundant amount, even if the majority of danmakus are Japan-Only. Nor does the Wii have many Strategy (Or JRPG if you prefer) titles, my favourite genre.

Yeah ok, well TP is still Nintendo-exclusive, and Resi 4, WoG and Prime 1/2 have completely different controls.Masamune wrote:Removed the titles that aren't Wii exclusive.HNF1 wrote:The exclusives save it from being crap compared with the others, as games like SSBB, MP3 and so on are truly sensational titles.
Not really any need to name more, but I guess I could throw in SMG/2, S&P2, Tri, Boom Blox/2, NSMB.Wii, LKS, NMH2, Overkill and Resi UC. ^o^

It's so good. You'd love it.Masamune wrote:Man, I REALLY need to play S&P... I need to play more Treasure games on the whole, actually.
I still need to complete it actually. I'm nearly there, but it's not that kind of game I spend long sessions with so I tend to just do a bit and then leave it for a while. Very fun though.

Finally bothered to put my wii points on. I'm waiting for cavestory still but if it takes even longer. My points will be going to the original Sin and Punishment game and/or Sonic 4...

I hope this is the recovery of "the awesome times" - something I also missed that everyone else misses.

How about newcomers who make a new thread as the first thing they post which will inevitably fail standards and get locked?Masamune wrote:Overpopulation of trolls and fanboys?Matchi wrote:GNC just does not feel the same anymore.
If I had a penny for every time I posted "Welcome to the forums"...

I don't even bother with welcoming them any more. If I wanted to welcome them I'd be posting in the New/Returning Members thread.

Sorry dood, I highly doubt it'll reach the same heights, but we can still come close here. This is the next best thing we can get, after all.575Revolve wrote:I can't believe I missed something everyone else misses.Matchi wrote:I was there just before the point it hit 100 pages. But we need Darkrai, MB and tails. And I guess Flash and CTM too. In terms of replicating it, anywayz. But yeah...

Darkrai is off watching anime, MB got weird, CTM is annoying, tails is hardly on, and Flash...
hmm, we could invite him.

And kiba vanished off the face of the Earth... to then return again for an hour, months later, and disappear again. O.oSplinter wrote:Darkrai is off watching anime, MB got weird, CTM is annoying, tails is hardly on, and Flash...

Flash sounds good though.

I'm looking to get Super mario all stars for wii.
Sounds great the pre-order for £20 from GAME.

I'm tempted by that art book, but I'm not paying £20 for it.

Re: Daily Nintendo Topics
I actually think £20 is a good price. SMB, SMB2, SMB LL, SMB3, soundtrack CD and an art book, celebrating SMB's 25th birthday, all for twenty quid sounds pretty decent to me.
But for those like me who already have some of the games (I've got three >_>), and the fact the CD's so limited that does make it harsher.
Depends how much money you've got to splash, I guess.

Re: Daily Nintendo Topics
I'm not paying £20 for four games I either already own or could easily pirate and a CD with a very limited track-list, considering the scope and amount of awesome music in the Mario series.
The only thing remotely interesting to me is the art-book, which, as previously stated, I would not pay £20 for.

Re: Daily Nintendo Topics
I don't think I'll get All-Stars because I've got all the games on different systems except Lost Levels (which I can get from VC if I want it), I have Youtube if I want the soundtracks and I don't really want an art book.

I actually want it. And I'm getting the XL for Xmas too.
Collecting is all I'll say.

I broke the 50 Wii game mark with Epic Mickey this week, and am now at 52 with DKC and Other M (<-got for free from Ian Lee =P).
